WHAT TO EXPECT
You will surprise yourself. That is the part nobody sees coming.
Imagine feeling weightless, free, and completely in the moment.
You’re free to move however you would like underwater. There are no restrictions. Your hair flows, your body relaxes, and the camera captures you in a way that you didn’t know was possible.
I guide you through every movement. You never have to figure it out on your own. Whether you want flowing fabrics, a coloured backdrop, or an idea you’ve been sitting on for a while, we will make it happen together.
A LOOK INSIDE THE SESSION
Every session is completely unique.
ON THE DAY
What happens during your session
- We start on the pool deck.
I walk you through everything we are going to do before we do it. You will know exactly what to expect before we get in the water. - I am with you the whole time.
I am in the water with you, directing every pose, adjusting fabrics, making sure you feel comfortable. Most people are surprised by how quickly they relax. - You don’t need to be a strong swimmer.
We start in the shallow end and only move to the deep end if you’re comfortable. You don’t need to hold your breath for long. I only need a few seconds to get a photo. - We meet to view your images together.
Shortly after your shoot, we sit down in person, and you see your images for the first time. You choose what you love. No packages, everything is available a la carte, so you only take home what you love. - Your images are delivered.
Fully edited, high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks. Prints, products, and wall art will be delivered in 4-6 weeks.
SESSION DETAILS
The pool is heated and reserved exclusively for you. My assistant and I are both first aid and CPR certified. A $300 session fee secures your date and includes one digital image. Additional images, prints, and wall art are selected at your reveal appointment.

What Are Your Prices?
Every underwater portrait session has a $300 session fee, which secures your date, covers planning, and includes my time photographing you. Your session fee will also include 1 digital image. After your shoot, we’ll meet for a relaxed reveal session where you can choose your favorite images and select prints or digital collections that feel right for you. You only buy what you love. Every piece is professionally edited, high-quality, and designed to be treasured for years to come.

Do I Need To Be A Strong Swimmer?
As long as you are not terrified of the water you will be fine! The pool has a shallow and deep end. The shallow end is 1.3m deep and the dive pit is 3.5m deep. We will take the pool session slow to get you comfortable.
Children must be comfortable in the water and be supervised by a parent at all times.
How Long Do I Need To Hold My Breath?
As long as you can. Only a few seconds at a time is necessary to get a beautiful photo.
Together, we will practice breathing techniques at a pace that suits you. The aim is to make you feel calm and at ease. This will help produce natural-looking and effortless portraits.
What Should I Wear?
Bright colors and flowy fabrics look amazing underwater! For pregnancy shoots any outfit that highlights your baby bump will work. I have a selection of dresses, skirts, and fabrics available for you to wear, but you’re also welcome to bring your own outfits if you prefer.

I also shoot nudes, implied nudes, and boudoirs if that is what you desire.
How Do I Book?
Send me an email and I will set up a time for us to chat over phone or Zoom. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and for me to talk you through the process. If you are happy with everything then we will choose a date and start planning your underwater photoshoot!
