In the Terms of Use, the following terms have the following meanings:
- Business means Angelina Pilarinos Photography.

- Material means images, information, content, articles, blog posts, data, examples, work, and other material.
Bookings & Payment
Payment terms vary depending on the nature of your booking and will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
For portrait, underwater, maternity, boudoir, family, and similar sessions, a booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This booking fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session date and is applied toward your total session investment. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay your session fee in full at the time of booking. For commercial clients, including boat charter and swim school bookings, payment terms are as per the agreed quote or invoice.
Payment plans are available for image and product purchases — please discuss options at your image viewing and ordering appointment. No images or products will be released until payment has been received in full. Payments are accepted via secure credit card payment or bank transfer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee in full.
For commercial bookings, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual quote or contract.
Image Delivery
Digital images and/or printed products will be delivered within the timeframe discussed at your ordering appointment. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the products selected and seasonal demand. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays. No images or products will be released until payment has been received in full.
Copyright & Image Use
Angelina Pilarinos Photography retains full copyright of all images captured during your session. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use their digital images for personal purposes, such as sharing on social media or personal printing. Images may not be sold, used for commercial purposes, or altered without prior written permission from Angelina Pilarinos Photography.
Angelina Pilarinos Photography reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written request for privacy is received prior to your session.
Liability & Safety
Angelina Pilarinos Photography takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of clients during sessions, including underwater and outdoor shoots. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk. Angelina Pilarinos Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during a session. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or physical limitations prior to the session.
