What To Expect:

Your adventure begins the moment you decide to dive in with us! We’ll start with a friendly consultation call to chat about your vision and make sure everything is customized just for you. On the day of your shoot, I’ll be there to guide you through each step, from breathing techniques to gentle poses, so you feel comfortable and confident in the water. My goal is to capture beautiful, unique images that celebrate you.

The pool is heated, so you’ll stay warm and comfortable during your session, no matter the time of year. Plus, it’s reserved just for you, so you can relax and enjoy your shoot in complete privacy. Your safety is a top priority. My assistant and I are always present and certified in first aid & CPR to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

After your shoot, we’ll meet for an in-person image reveal and design consultation where you can choose how you’d like to showcase your artwork. You can choose from my a-la-carte menu of extra digital images and prints. This gives you the flexibility to select exactly what you want to cherish forever.

Booking is easy, just a $500 deposit to secure your date. You’ll receive a contract to lock in your date, a questionnaire to help plan your shoot, and friendly reminders to keep you on track. I know this is a big investment, so I offer flexible payment plans to help make it as smooth as possible.

What Are Your Prices?

I offer three unique underwater portrait experiences, each designed to provide a luxury, one-of-a-kind session.

The Serenity Session – $1,800
Includes a 2-hour underwater photoshoot, design consultation, private reveal session, and 8 beautifully retouched digital images. You’ll also receive a $200 credit toward prints or wall art.

The Luxury Experience – $2,600
Includes a 3-hour underwater session, professional makeup, design consultation, private reveal session, 15 retouched digital images, and a $300 credit toward prints or wall art.

The Goddess Experience – $3,600
A half-day luxury experience featuring a 5-hour underwater session, professional makeup, design consultation, private reveal session, 25 retouched digital images, a $500 print credit, behind-the-scenes video highlight, morning tea platter, and your choice of a fine art album or timber art mount box.

To secure your booking, a $500 deposit is required, which is applied toward your chosen package. The remaining balance is due before your photoshoot, and flexible payment plans are available to make things easier.

Where Are You Located?

I am based in Cairns, Queensland (Australia). The pool that I use for my underwater photoshoots is Herb’s Training & Swim School in Parramatta Park. The pool is private with access to a shower & toilets.

Do I Need To Be A Strong Swimmer?

As long as you are not terrified of the water you will be fine! The pool has a shallow and deep end. The shallow end is 1.3m deep and the dive pit is 3.5m deep. We will take the pool session slow to get you comfortable.

Children must be comfortable in the water and be supervised by a parent at all times.

How Long Do I Need To Hold My Breath?

As long as you can. Only a few seconds at a time is necessary to get a beautiful photo.

Together, we will practice breathing techniques at a pace that suits you. The aim is to make you feel calm and at ease. This will help produce natural-looking and effortless portraits.

What Should I Wear?

Bright colors and flowy fabrics look amazing underwater! For pregnancy shoots any outfit that highlights your baby bump will work. I have a selection of dresses, skirts, and fabrics available for you to wear, but you’re also welcome to bring your own outfits if you prefer.

Once you have booked your shoot, I will send you your unique code to receive 10% off your gown from Mama Rentals.

I also shoot nudes, implied nudes, and boudoirs if that is what you desire.

Which Days Are Your Photo Shoots?

At the moment, photoshoots are available on Friday and Saturday mornings. We will start the shoot at 7 am to get the best light. I want your photos to be as beautiful as they can be. If we go early in the morning, we can get those dreamy ethereal shots.

How Long Are The Photo Shoots?

Your underwater photo shoot will be fun and relaxed. Depending on which experience you choose, your photoshoot will either be 2 hours, 3 hours, or half a day. We’ll take as much time as you need for posing tips, breathing techniques, and capturing beautiful photos at your own pace.

For maternity sessions, 2.5 hours is usually the perfect amount of time to ensure you feel comfortable without getting too tired.

Is The Pool Heated?

Yes the pool is heated!

How Do I Book?

Send me an email and I will set up a time for us to chat over phone or Zoom. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and for me to talk you through the process. If you are happy with everything then we will choose a date and start planning your underwater photoshoot!

When And How Do I Pay?

To secure your booking, a $500 deposit is required. You’ll receive a booking link where you can pay via credit/debit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in full or through a flexible payment plan.

The full balance is required before your photoshoot date. This ensures a smooth experience so we can focus on creating beautiful images together.

If you decide to purchase additional images or products beyond what’s included in your package, payment can be made at your reveal session via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer, with payment plans available for added flexibility.

Please note: Images and products will be delivered once payment is complete.

Do You Edit The Images?

Yes, as a professional photographer most of my work is in front of a computer. I edit every single image for basic brightening, color and minor tweaks before your reveal and ordering session. Once you select your artwork images, I further edit the selected images to prepare them for you. I spend hours transforming your images into works of art.

What Products Do You Offer?

I love wall art and offer museum-grade canvas, metal, and acrylic prints. You also have a choice of an album, a folio box, and matted and framed prints. I offer a wide range of product sizes to suit every need. I can also custom order additional sizes and products at your request.

How Long Will My Private Gallery Be Online?

Your private online gallery will be available for 12 months if you would like to order more images. I will send a reminder just before it expires. After 12 months, your photos will be deleted to make room for future photo shoots.
