CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We’re dedicated to making your experience a great one. If you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return the item provided it meets the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and, items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This means the item must be un-damaged, un-stretched and in the original undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping and handling for orders within Australia. All other orders Standard shipping and handling applies. Flat rate shipping to New Zealand is $59.95
At this point in time, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES, CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of 10% GST for those within Australia. If you are shipping your order outside of Australia, GST will not be charged.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders received before 3pm will be processed the same day from Queensland, Australia. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
